Three angels are flying in midheaven, each with a message to proclaim to everyone still living on earth. The first angel preaches an eternal gospel, urging sinners to fear God, give Him glory and worship Him. The second angel wails over the fall of the great city of Babylon, which is judged for her evil influence on all nations. The third angel warns that anyone who worships the beast and his image and receives the MARK of his name will be tormented with fire and brimstone forever. All of this calls for patient endurance by the saints who keep God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus.
