The things that shall be

Prelude to the seven seals: the scroll opened

John sees in God's right hand a book sealed with seven seals. He weeps greatly because noone is worthy to open the book. But an elder tells him to stop weeping, because the Lion of the tribe of Judah is able to open the book. Then a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, comes and takes the book out of God's hand. The four living creatures and 24 elders worship before the Lamb, singing a new song of redemption. Myriads of beings sing praises to the slain Lamb, and every created thing praises God and the Lamb.

The way John reacts to the scene in heaven is like opening a book somewhere in the middle and starting to read the story. That it is about us, "created thing", is clear. Hope you will be an "overcomer" and keep the appointment for this event!
