• The Fifth Trumpet is Sounded V 9:1-12

  The sounding of the fifth trumpet is an infliction directly upon man. The abyss is opened. Locusts come forth with a powerful sting.

  For five months they torment all unbelievers who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads.

  People seek death but it does not come to them because the purpose of the judgment IS TO TORMENT THEM WITHOUT KILLING THEM.

  Ultimately, a third of mankind is killed by this STING.

• The Sixth Trumpet: Army from the East V 9:13-21

  When the sixth angel sounds his trumpet, 200 million mounted troops are readied to go forth from the EAST and KILL a third of mankind.

  Out of the horses mouths come fire, smoke. and brimestone, which are the plagues that kill the people.

  The unbelievers who survive this judgment STILL do not repent of their idolatry, demon worship, and CORRUPT living.
