2:21 I gave her time to turn to me and change the way she thinks and acts, but she refuses to turn away from her sexual sins.

I gave her time to turn to me and change the way she thinks and acts,

Jezebel (and those she symbolizes) knew that she was leading the church at Thyatira astray. She (they) mixed pagan beliefs (rituals) into the church, yet she (they) apparently congratulated herself (themselves) on her (their) leadership capabilities. She (they) had to make a choice:

but she refuses to turn away from her sexual sins.

That was Jezebel's choice. Sometimes leadership "power" goes to the head and the longsuffering patience of the Lord is interpreted as "It's OK to continue....I haven't stopped you or punished you." BUT Romans 2:1-8 says, Jezebel (and those like her) are storing up wrath until the revelation of God's righteous judgment. We don't have any choice what day that will be. God has that choice.
